What to Prepare
You don’t need to prepare anything formal before your consultation — a short conversation is enough to get started. That said, having the following information to hand helps Clinero give you the most relevant recommendation right away:- Your current PMS system — for example, Dampsoft DS-Win, CGM Z1, Solutio/Charly, Evident, or Ivoris
- Approximate number of dentists and billing volume — this helps scope the right package or estimate Co-Pilot potential
- Which billing frameworks you primarily use — GOZ, BEMA, GOÄ, BEB, BEL, or a combination
- Any specific billing challenges — for example, staff shortages, HKP backlog, suspected under-billing in private (GOZ/GOÄ) positions, or recurring KZV queries
There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation. The Co-Pilot service can even be trialed on your live practice data before any fee applies — if no additional revenue potential is found, you pay nothing.
