Onboarding is fast and requires minimal effort from your team. After your initial consultation call, your dedicated Clinero contact sets up encrypted remote access to your practice management system (PMS) and configures your individual billing logic — including any specific fee distributions, plausibility rules, and billing preferences unique to your practice.Most practices are fully operational within a few days of the consultation. There is no need to change your PMS, retrain your staff, or alter your existing workflows.

No. Clinero requires no software installation on your end and no changes to your existing PMS or workflows. The billing team connects to your practice management system via encrypted TeamViewer sessions and a secure VPN connection that is configured together with your IT during onboarding.Crucially, remote sessions do not block any workstation in your practice — your team can continue working without interruption while Clinero’s specialists are active in the background.
Yes. Clinero handles the creation, submission, and complete billing of Heil- und Kostenpläne (HKPs) entirely via remote access — with the same efficiency and security standards that apply to all other billing tasks. You do not need to be involved in the HKP workflow unless you want to be.

Yes. Before any service begins, Clinero signs a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement — known in Germany as an Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV). This agreement formally defines how your data is handled, stored, and protected throughout the engagement. You will not be asked to start work before this agreement is in place.
All data is stored exclusively on German servers. No patient or practice data is transferred outside of Germany or the European Union at any point. This ensures full compliance with GDPR and gives you complete legal clarity over where your data resides.

Pricing & Contracts

Co-Pilot is entirely performance-based. You pay 30% of the additional revenue that Clinero’s AI and billing specialists actually realize for your practice — nothing more.There is no fixed monthly fee, no setup charge, and no minimum contract duration. If Clinero finds no additional billing potential, you pay nothing. This model means Clinero’s incentives are directly aligned with yours: the better the outcome for your practice, the better the outcome for Clinero.On average, practices see a +12% increase in revenue in year one, and a sustained +6–12% improvement in subsequent years — equating to €9,000–21,000 of additional revenue per dentist per year.
External Billing Team packages start from €1,500 per month. The exact cost depends on the scope of billing you want to hand over — from a single module such as private billing or ZE planning, all the way up to full-service billing across all frameworks.All packages are cancellable monthly with no minimum contract beyond the first month. There are no setup fees.
No. Clinero operates on 100% transparent pricing. All costs are agreed and documented in writing before the service begins. There are no activation fees, technology surcharges, or exit costs. What you see in the agreement is what you pay.
